Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC by Salvano winery is an Italian wine from the Piedmont region. The grapes used to make this wine come from DOC vineyards in the Langa Albese territory, in the region between Diano d'Alba, Alba, Castagnito and Guarene. The grapes are harvested between September and October. After the first fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel vessels at a temperature between 29 and 31 ° C, the wine is aged in barrels for one year.
