Berlucchi '61 Brut Satèn captivates the eye with its unmistakable soft and creamy foam. The perlage is subtle and continuous; its color, an intense straw yellow. Le Difese is a red wine produced by Tenuta San Guido in Bolgheri, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Tuscany. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and light herbal hints. On the palate, it is elegant, with firm tannins and balanced acidity, making it fresh and easy to drink. Made following the famous Amarone method in which the grapes are left to dry in very well-ventilated rooms to concentrate the aromas and sugars, the result is a red wine of the highest quality and unique character. Elegant, corpulent, silky and persistent, a must for large wineries.

The Brunello di Montalcino from Col d'Orcia presents itself in the glass with a pale ruby red color and garnet reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of cherries and ripe red fruits emerge, intertwined with hints of sweet oriental spices and light balsamic notes. The sip is full and balanced, supported by a smooth tannic texture and a delicate flavor that lingers on the finish. At the table, it pairs well with cured cheeses and succulent recipes based on red meats and game.

The entry on the palate is smooth yet intense, identifying it as a wine with a lot of personality. It evolves, showing a flavorful and structured wine, with balance achieved between the fresh red fruits and the contributions from the wood. The final persistence is long and complete, with pleasant and complex sensations from the nose reappearing.

It is a very pleasant red wine. On the nose, black fruits appear. On the palate, it is broad and fleshy. Well balanced. Pleasant and powerful tannins. Very flavorful with spicy touches. Persistent finish.

Intense red color with a medium layer, with some violet reflections appearing on its surface. Intense and very expressive on the nose. Dominated by notes of ripe red and black fruits (currants, cherries, blackberries...), characteristic of Tempranillo, along with more subtle hints of spices and fresh wood from its time in barrel. Smooth on the palate, fresh, and with a good balance between sweetness and acidity. The notes of ripe fruit and spices (vanilla and cinnamon) that we detected in the olfactory phase are confirmed.

Very vivid and deep red color. On the nose, a powerful aroma with hints of caramel, coffee, and chocolate appears. On the palate, it is very balanced and structured, with a long aftertaste.

On the nose, aromas of macerated red fruits, spices, stone fruits, and brandied cherries precede a full and intense palate, structured and very balanced, without any heaviness.

On the palate, the structure, acid-tannin balance, and elegance are revealed, making this Barolo a true expression of the legendary MeGA from which it originates.

Cascina Ferrero is a Barolo obtained according to the classic
“recipe” which traditionally involved vinifying grapes from
different vineyards for better definition of the characteristics
of the bottled wine, and greater consistency in quality.
In this case, the grapes come from our own vineyards
in Barolo and from vineyards managed by third parties
in La Morra.
Intense garnet red, with a rich bouquet of dried rose, plum, tobacco, liquorice and cocoa, with spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm and complex, while at the same time harmonious and mellow.

Slightly smoky aroma, with acidity from black and some red fruits, along with plum tones, dry vegetal aromas of herbs, tar, a bit of black olives, and hints of tobacco and leather. Acidic, relatively dark fruit with smoky, roasted aromas and hints of meat, a little tobacco and tar, fine sand, ripe tannins, some bite, good persistence, background pepper, also cocoa, light warmth, very good, relatively firm, and again a fresh finish.

Intense ruby red. Aromas of red fruits and licorice, immediately followed by elegant wood tones. Dry and full-bodied, with integrated tannins thanks to a long aging process.

Intense and aromatic. Good structure, balanced, velvety and long aftertaste, recalling the aromas perceived on the nose.

The nose is fresh and floral, with good intensity and persistence.
On the palate, it is dry, pleasantly fresh.

Puglia, Italia

is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, dominant notes of white pulp fruit, apples, and pineapples are well balanced by citrusy sensations of orange blossoms and jasmine. Its fragrant palate is savory with a soft entry and balanced freshness.

Intense color, smooth and aromatic flavor.

Alto Adige, Italia

An aromatic wine with marked acidity. The notes of white pepper and nutmeg make it very intriguing, to be discovered sip after sip.

Appearance – Amber color with golden reflections (an orange hue that has turned amber with aging).

Nose – Consistent and powerful, characteristic of skin fermentation, with notes of fennel and citrus (mandarin peel).

Palate – Full-bodied and flavorful on entry. Saline notes stand out, with well-defined acidity and a long aftertaste (with tannic structure), well-balanced and very fresh.

Abruzzo, Italia

The Marina Cvetic 2021 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Riserva shows a luminous, honey-like color with rich aromas of poached pear and Golden Delicious apple. Those orchard fruit aromas are especially typical of Trebbiano, but of course this more sophisticated wine benefits from oak spice and barrel aging to offer more complexity and greater fruit weight. Indeed, this is a medium-weight white wine with the structure and staying power to pair with spicy foods or even a more robust white meat dish.

Aromatic characteristics influenced by altitude and climate. Aromas of fresh apple and pineapple blend with tropical fruit and herbaceous notes.

The Blanco Seco Reverón is an organic wine from Tenerife, made with Listán Blanco grapes. It has an acerated yellow color, delicate fruity aromas, and vibrant acidity. It stands out for its freshness and was awarded the best organic wine of the Canary Islands in 2024.

Intense notes of herbs and wildflowers open the aromatic profile, then giving way to deeper, spicy, and marine aromas, finishing with typical almond notes. The entry on the palate is fresh and sweet, characterized by a pleasant acidic liveliness and a fragrant varietal flavor.

White wine that on the nose offers citrus aromas, white flowers, and apricots, accompanied by a characteristic mineral note. On the palate, it is well-defined and fresh. A complex and elegant white wine with a delicious minerality.

The Verdicchio di Matelica Valbona 2024 is a fresh and well-balanced white wine with floral, fruity notes and a hint of minerality. Perfect for seafood, fish, and fresh cheeses.

This wine is distinguished by its intense and brilliant golden color. On the nose, it presents powerful and complex aromas of dried fruits such as apricots, figs, and raisins, along with floral notes of orange blossom and honey. On the palate, it is sweet and unctuous, with balanced acidity that brings freshness, and a long, persistent finish with flavors reminiscent of candied fruits and spices.

It is a sweet wine, with a golden color, very distinctive and unmatched. On the nose, it is powerful and intense, with characteristic aromas of 'botrytis' such as honey and exotic fruits (lime, acacia, apricot, quince). On the palate, it is elegant and unctuous, fresh, with a pronounced yet pleasant acidity. Well balanced. Persistent finish.

Dolç Mataró is a sweet red wine made primarily from the native Mataró grape variety (better known as Monastrell), which is harvested overripe before the raisining process begins.

After a long maceration of six months in stainless steel tanks—aiming for maximum color extraction—the must is gently pressed.

The resulting wine is aged for two months in French oak barrels. With an intense purple, almost black color, it offers aromas of candied red fruit and raisins, along with a full-bodied palate and firm tannins.

Amber color. Intense nose, with prominent notes of candied citrus peel, dried fruit, hints of vineyard peach, honeyed nuances, and a slightly fresh finish. On the palate, it has a good attack with marked sweetness, balanced by acidity.
