Veneto, Italia

Pale silver pink. On the nose finely scented notes of raspberries, wild strawberries, with a delicate floral undertone, inviting and fresh. On the palate juicy, slightly salty, precise and straightforward, with a racy expanding duration and delicate drive on the finish, a surprise.

Berlucchi '61 Brut Satèn captivates the eye with its unmistakable soft and creamy foam. The perlage is subtle and continuous; its color, an intense straw yellow. On the nose, it is surprisingly complex, offering hints of ripe yellow tropical fruit that gradually concentrate and evolve into candied citrus notes.

On the palate, it reveals a fresh, savory flavor with a pleasantly harmonious structure—a rare delight that ends with a long and precise finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with delicate risottos and fish dishes.

Flavor: On the palate, this Pinot Noir enhances the balance between a fruity fullness and a slightly tannic structure, a harmony that gives this wine distinct mineral notes and great elegance.

Intense red color with a medium layer, with some violet reflections appearing on its surface. Intense and very expressive on the nose. Dominated by notes of ripe red and black fruits (currants, cherries, blackberries...), characteristic of Tempranillo, along with more subtle hints of spices and fresh wood from its time in barrel. Smooth on the palate, fresh, and with a good balance between sweetness and acidity. The notes of ripe fruit and spices (vanilla and cinnamon) that we detected in the olfactory phase are confirmed.

Toscana, Italia

intense ruby, fresh, with notes of red fruit and vanilla, good structure, slightly tannic, persistent.

Intense red color. On the nose, notes of cherry and ripe plum. On the palate, it is harmonious, warm, with a vibrant aftertaste, complex, elegant, and persistent.

It is a very pleasant red wine. On the nose, black fruits appear. On the palate, it is broad and fleshy. Well balanced. Pleasant and powerful tannins. Very flavorful with spicy touches. Persistent finish.

Slightly smoky aroma, with acidity from black and some red fruits, along with plum tones, dry vegetal aromas of herbs, tar, a bit of black olives, and hints of tobacco and leather. Acidic, relatively dark fruit with smoky, roasted aromas and hints of meat, a little tobacco and tar, fine sand, ripe tannins, some bite, good persistence, background pepper, also cocoa, light warmth, very good, relatively firm, and again a fresh finish.

Cascina Ferrero is a Barolo obtained according to the classic
“recipe” which traditionally involved vinifying grapes from
different vineyards for better definition of the characteristics
of the bottled wine, and greater consistency in quality.
In this case, the grapes come from our own vineyards
in Barolo and from vineyards managed by third parties
in La Morra.
Intense garnet red, with a rich bouquet of dried rose, plum, tobacco, liquorice and cocoa, with spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm and complex, while at the same time harmonious and mellow.

It is an enveloping, tasty, balanced wine, with finesse and pleasant maturity. Sweet and silky tannins, fresh fruit. Intense ending.

On the nose, aromas of macerated red fruits, spices, stone fruits, and brandied cherries precede a full and intense palate, structured and very balanced, without any heaviness.

It has great power and an intense flavor. It is a fruity wine, which has good acidity and leaves a round and highly persistent aftertaste.

On the palate, it is dry, pleasantly fresh.
The final sensation, reminiscent of almonds, is typical of the denomination.

Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Clean and bright. Aromatic traits marked by altitude and climate. Aromas of fresh apple and pineapple mixed with tropical fruit scents and herbal notes. On the palate, it is elegant, with a well-balanced acidity and good structure.

Intense yellow color, notes of ripe apple, citrus, with a characteristic almond-like bitter finish. Tasty and with good consistency.

VISUAL: Lemon yellow with slight greenish reflections, very clean and bright appearance.

NASAL: Fruity aromas and white flowers intermingle with subtle notes of lees, citrus touches, and tropical fruits. Elegant balsamic and aromatic herb background with subtle mineral notes.
